We purchased a pool on June 8th and another pool installation company was referred to us (Pro Line Installations). We contacted them on June 10th and they scheduled us for the week of July 15th. Long story short, after this four week wait they ghosted on us. Thankfully, we found Cool Pools and Brandon through Home Advisor!

We called him and he responded in a reasonable amount of time. He explained his process and price and gave us a date as to when he could get the job done. I asked him how long he'd been in this business and how many times he'd done this type of installation. He has decades of experience and is very knowledgeable in the area of pools. He followed through with his communication every time he said he would.

Always there when promised my pool is beautiful. Only reason for 4.5 is I got a salt water pool and he installed without problem but didn't know a lot about its operation. He did tell me that he's still new to that system. Was done when promised. Enjoying my new pool. Prices were good, very good customer service.
